Bringing the Islands at KASOCA!
When you want nothing more than to be chilling on the beaches or enjoying the warm sun well this plate will help bring back those memories of just lazing in the warm sun! A platter that is meant to help you kick back and relax to some good old fashioned islander food you cant find on the mainland!

Our Weekly Special is a Loaded Chamorro Plate, you get both grilled ribs and chicken with some red rice, macaroni salad. Chicken kelaguin plus the famous dipping sauce Fina'denne' that ties all of the plate together.

Presenting the Feel Good Platter, where you get a stack of spice baby back ribs, cornbread, coleslaw, and fresh potatoes salad with the elders of of the Midwest! This week KASOCA’s weekly special is to brighten up our patrons palates as the sun has brightened up the weather here in the beautiful outdoor Alaskan state. We have our Mediterranean inspired chicken burger that comes with lemon garlic parmesan fries. A chicken patty packed with spices, layered with tzatziki, cucumbers, then topped with an arugula and feta. Garlic oiled parmesan cheese fries that sit with the burger paired with a refreshing fruit salad to balance the meal.
