Hey guys, we unfortunately need to address an issue regarding the treatment of our staff when popular items sell out.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when an item you want is out of stock. However, rudeness or mistreatment toward our team is unacceptable. Many of our employees are young people in their first jobs, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

To maintain high quality and minimize waste, we bake fresh daily. Because of this, predicting exact daily demand can be difficult, and items occasionally sell out faster than expected.
