There is a large deck off of the breakfast area which overlooks the river to the east and the historic town of JUliette, GA. where Fried Green Tomatoes was filmed in 1990 to the west. From the fourth floor lift area, there is an other staircase leading to a two story tower, apoprox 1280 sq. unfinished space which could be converted into living area. An additional 2176 sq. per floor x four stories high (right side facing building) of former grain bins is accessible from the fourth floor lift area and could also be developed. Adjacent to the mill property is a separate eleven acre tract of land which runs between the Norfolk Southern Raiload tract and the Ocmulgee River.
