Good Grub BBQ and Catering My small business "Good Grub" is a result of eight years of smoking meat. It started as a hobby, an My specialty is Hickory Smoked Pork BBQ.

My business is a 24 foot custom built concession trailer, with a Ole Hickory Pit Smoker mounted on the concession. But I also have Brisket, Pork Ribs that are meaty and tender, I make Rib Tips as well. I also sell pork or brisket by the pound. My Baked Beans are second to none. Drinks are a variety of canned colas. I offer Full Service Catering, and a "Self Serve Catering"--Which is Bulk Food that you pick up from me, serve the food yourself, and save $$$ which is very competive

So I’m sure some of you have heard, Good Grub BBQ is closing, the rumors are true, this is effectively immediately…As sole owner of Good Grub BBQ, I have decided it’s time for me to get out of the Concession/BBQ business…I really, appreciate my customers for making my business what it is and has been…I’m a couple of months shy, of being in business 13 years. It’s been a learning experience, it’s been challenging, and rewarding. I’ve decided to take one more week off, so Good Grub BBQ will be closed the week of, May 3-6, I’ll now reopen on May 10th. The spot on my face that was cancerous has been removed, and my Doctor told me it was cancer free now. I’m still needing a bit more time for healing….Thanks for understanding, I really appreciate all the prayers…..
