A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date.

Your deposit reserves your spot on my calendar, ensuring that your date is not booked by another customer. Once your order is confirmed, I begin planning your custom design and often purchase specialty decorations, packaging, coloring and other personalized items specifically for your order. I also create my own custom toppers for each order. Because these items are custom and cannot always be reused, the deposit helps cover those expenses and protects my small business from financial loss due to cancellations.

If, for any reason, I am unable to fulfill your order and must cancel from my end, your deposit will be refunded in full.
