🍝 From Joplin’s Table to a World of Art: Celebrating Spaghetti Red! 🎨❤️

We want to send a big thank you to Visit Joplin MO for the wonderful shout-out celebrating one of Joplin’s most iconic comfort foods….Spaghetti Red! 🍝✨

We were honored to be mentioned as one of only three Joplin restaurants continuing to serve this beloved local favorite. Spaghetti Red has become a true part of Joplin’s food history, with deep roots in our community and generations of families enjoying this comforting dish along Route 66.

During the 2026 World Street Painting Festival, artist Maureen Kolhoff from the Netherlands brought this hometown favorite to life in an incredible 3D street painting. Her larger-than-life artwork celebrates the unique flavors and stories that make Joplin special, and we think it’s pretty amazing that a dish so loved here could inspire art from around the world! 🌎🎨
