Reached out to my World Pizza Champion friends for recommendations while passing through Amarillo. One recommend this place. Was definitely worth the stop.
Great pizza, definitely know how to make a Neapolitan pie. Highly recommended. Looking forward to someday trying the new place.

Small businesses and restaurants are what make a community, unique and special.

Carmine’s Wood, Fired Pizza is proud to have been a part of the Joplin restaurant scene, bringing artisan pizza to the region for the past 10 years.

Recently, we were presented with an exciting business venture that will take our family out of state.

Although we will be closing our downtown Joplin store, we will continue to remain active within the pizza industry with our mobile wood fired oven business, working with our East Coast partners, The Jersey Pizza Boys, and competing on the national and international level.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our patrons and friends, who have supported Carmine’s and helped make it such a success!

Joplin has been a wonderful place to grow a small business and we are beyond grateful for our experience here.
