Formerly Sami's Family Restaurant NEW restaurant coming soon!! We are a casual family restaurant that will feature big portions for a reasonable price.

The menu includes breakfast (served all day), sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, steaks, pastas, and country favorites -- fried chicken, liver and onions, open faced roast beef and country-fried steak. We feature a large kids menu and senior menu.

We have listened to your suggestions and have decided that we are going to need a bigger building 😅 We are officially putting this building up for RENT while we find a property that can fit y’all!

This building is completely renovated, inside and out. It is empty on the inside right now - it would work as a small restaurant, store, boutique … whatever you would need it for! It has a large office in the back as well, and a drive through window. Rent is negotiable. Please MESSAGE if you have any questions or want to set up a time to look at it.

Thank you ALL for SO many suggestions on our previous post! We are in the process of deciding which direction to take our next business venture. As we make these decisions in the next couple of months, we will for sure keep everyone posted here!

In the meantime, we noticed a few cravings y’all have that current small businesses in Joplin could help you with! We will list them here .. these are only to create more awareness. Any unkind comments will be deleted. Only kindness is welcome here 🤗 It is important now, more than ever, to keep supporting small businesses before corporate! They can all use your support!

Joplin! Long time, no see 😁 We have missed all of our customers SO much!! We acquired a new building on West 7th, and gutted and remodeled it. It is quite small, but we love it 🤗 (see the before and after photos below!)

In the time since we sold Sami’s, Joplin has had so many restaurants close, and several new ones open. We are trying to decide which direction to go with this restaurant and we NEED YOUR HELP! 🙃

What kind of restaurant would YOU like to see us open?? We need ideas!
