Life has been up in the air, we have 2 businesses, 2 young children, and LOTS of responsibilities! About a month ago we decided as a family it would be best to sell the food trailer, with that being said we are officially closing the doors! It has been wonderful the past 3.5 seasons but God has others plans for me! Being a Mom is the most important part of my life and they come before work or feeding any of you 😉 it’s been a blast, it’s been hard, it’s been amazing but life goes on! This is my farewell note to all you fine amazing people I’ve met along the way and now get to call you friends! The food truck biz is definitely full of great people!

If you are an event coordinator please ask feedback back from food truck operators! Most of us have been in the business long enough we tend to know what works and what doesn’t work! Time=Money! For festivals and the assumption of thousands in attendance it takes about 3 days to shop, prep, clean, get everything ready plus all the $ in food, gas, propane, event fees, licenses, permits etc. it cost us operators a crazy amount of money to go to events. Please, ask us for our input every know and again! When there are multiple food vendors, we tend to ALL get business when we are put together not scattered around a city block. This isn’t a hobby, for most of us it is our CAREER, it is how we make money and live! I’ve never been the one to post or rant over my business but we pay enough money in this industry, we like to see somewhat of a return!
