The smell of fresh ground beans and a waiting period of brewing cold. Good things come in the waiting. A batch of my coffee takes about 18 hours to brew. Bad if you want a quick cup (unless you already have some ready). The great thing about my brew is that 1. It’s cold and if you love cold coffee it’s ready to mix with water or creamer or whatever you choose. 2. A quick pour into your favorite mug and a nuke in the microwave and you’re ready to go. 3. The concentration of the coffee allows you to make it as strong as you’d like. I recommend a 1:1 ratio and with a batch will get you 10-12 eight ounce cups.
