Enjoy Chick-fil-A® favourites like our Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, nuggets, and Waffle Fries. The team at Chick-fil-A at Turtle Creek is committed to providing our guests with the finest service, freshest food, and cleanest, most wholesome environment available in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It is our goal to serve our guests beyond their expectations, and to make a difference in the lives of those we have the privilege to serve. Chick-fil-A has been rated the healthiest quick service restaurant by Yahoo Health, Eat this Not That, Men's Health, Kid's Health and many others. We hand squeeze our lemonade, slice and grind every carrot for our salads and wraps, cut and wash premium lettuce heads, cabbage heads and fruit, and we hand filet every chicken breast served. Team member Tuesday, meet Koen! 🎉

Koen serves as a Front of House Team Member and has been a part of the Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek team since May. His favorite thing about Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek is the "amazing food"!

When serving guests, Koen's goal is to provide quick and friendly service. He works to serve guests their food as efficiently as possible, while still taking the time to have a friendly conversation. His favorite menu item is the 12 count Chick-fil-A Nuggets and waffle fries. During his time at Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek, Koen has seen significant growth in his communication skills. The confidence and experience he has gained while interacting with guests and team members have also helped him communicate better outside of work.

A fun fact about Koen is that he practices jiu-jitsu! Whether he's learning new skills on the mat or serving guests at Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek, he enjoys continuing to challenge and develop himself.

We're thankful for Koen's friendly personality, dedication, and the positive energy he brings to our guests and team each day! To join Koen and our team, text CFATC to (870) 474-4477 to apply today!

Team member Tuesday, meet Lorena! 🎉

Lorena has been a part of the Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek team for three years! Her favorite thing about working here is the love and care she experiences from the people around her. From the moment she walks in, she feels welcomed with joy and truly considers her coworkers to be one big family.

When serving guests, Lorena’s goal is to make them feel at home from the very first bite. She strives to create an experience filled with the same warmth and care that she loves about Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek. Her favorite Chick-fil-A meal is the kale crunch side salad with the grilled nuggets, topped with the apple c***r vinaigrette.

Outside of work, Lorena enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves sharing her culture with the team by teaching her coworkers spanish while sharing plenty of laughs along the way!

Lorena is known for her big heart and the joy she brings to those around her. We’re grateful for the love, laughter, and genuine care she has brought to our team and guests over the past three years! To join Lorena and the rest of our Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek family, text CFATC to (870) 474-4477 to apply today!
