In the Gourmet Shop today we are making a batch of our wonderful JAMBALAYA! Chicken, Smoked Sausage and Shrimp slow cooked in a medley of vegetable, tomatoes and rice with Cajun seasonings. So good. We will have these available in either 2-pound or 4-pound casseroles.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND HOURS!

We will be closed Saturday-Monday.
The Gourmet Shop is well stocked for all your weekend needs, but pick them up by 5:30 Friday evening.

We have Pies (Key Lime, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Pecan and Lemon Chess), Cakes (Italian Creme, Chocolate Chip, Rum, Apple, Carrot and Sour Cream Coffee), Bars (Brownies, Cobblestones, Gooey Butter, Lemon), so this will cover the sweet tooth.

We have a load of Entrees, like Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, Ms. Sue's Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Spaghetti, Smothered Pork Chops, Cheesy Chili Mac and more! And we made a batch of Texas Red Chili, and as always lots of Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls!

In the Gourmet Shop today we are going to have one of Ms. Sues' all-time favorites! I haven't made BEEF STROGANOFF in years, but its back today. Not some hamburger stuff, but this is the way Momma made it. Round Steak cut into strips, fresh mushrooms, sour cream, beef broth all simmered for hours to make this rich creamy meal. It will be over egg noodles. Only about 5-6 pans will be available. Call Debbie at 870-972-6000 to reserve yours.

Coming Tomorrow will be Chicken & Andouille Gumbo and Homemade Chili!
