******FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY********* After what seems like a lifetime at Arkansas State, I'm graduating this December. Because of that, we have decided to sell the food truck. If anyone is interested in investing in a terrific business, I will give you a good price on the truck and also share any information you need to get up and running here in town or elsewhere. The food truck is up to code and the health department gave us our license after the very first inspection. I will also make myself available to answer questions about dealing with the city for business licensing and show the buyer how to set up their tax accounts with the state, all for no extra charge. We have an equipment failure and it is going to take us about 3 hours to fix it. We are closing early for lunch today but we will be back up and running by dinner time at 5pm. We are really sorry for the inconvenience! Oh, the joys of owning a business....

We've restocked with fresh catfish and we still have our healthy options: Creole Blackened Flounder with either Rice Pilaf or Mixed Baby Greens. The healthy special is only $7.99, including your drink!
These founder fillets are large, ¼lb fillets, seasoned and grilled - good as the best brick-and-mortar restaurants!
We're here until 2pm, then back at 5pm for dinner. Great, restaurant -quality food and affordable prices; that's what we do at Blank Slate!

We had such a large lunch crowd today that we unexpectedly sold out of catfish. We will have more by lunch tomorrow.
Today, we're rolling-out a healthy option: Blackened Flounder with your choice of Rice Pilaf or Mixed Baby Greens. This is very low-fat and the mixed greens option is low-fat and low-carb for our health-conscious customers! Either option, including a drink is only $7.99! Add a second Flounder fillet for an additional $1.99!
