Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake
A luxurious and creamy cheesecake infused with Biscoff cookie butter, layered on a buttery Biscoff crust, and topped with more velvety cookie butter. Pure indulgence for dessert lovers! 😍
📝 Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake recipe—creamy, rich, and perfect for any special occasion! 🍰🍪❤️

Ingredients:
For the Oreo Crust:
1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 20 Oreos, crushed)

5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Red Velvet Cheesecake Layer:
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder (preferably unsweetened)

1 ½ tbsp red food coloring

For the Oreo Cheesecake Layer:
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

10 Oreos, roughly chopped

Instructions:
For the Oreo Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Combine Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.

Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

For the Red Velvet Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Mix until smooth and combined.

Pour the red velvet cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

For the Oreo Cheesecake Layer:
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

Fold in chopped Oreos until evenly distributed.

Spoon the Oreo mixture over the red velvet cheesecake layer in the springform pan. Gently spread it out, but do not mix the two layers.

Bake and Cool:
Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly and the edges are set.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour with the door slightly open.

Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.

Key Lime Cupcakes Filled with Creamy Lime Frosting

🍋 Light, citrusy, and filled with zesty lime goodness!

Ingredients

Cupcakes:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp key lime zest
¼ cup key lime juice
½ cup buttermilk

Creamy Lime Frosting (for filling & topping)

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp key lime juice
1 tbsp key lime zest
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until just combined.
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cupcakes cool completely.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Lime Frosting:

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until fluffy.
Stir in lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract.

3️⃣ Fill & Frost the Cupcakes:

Using a cupcake corer or knife, cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake.
Pipe or spoon some frosting into the hole to fill.
Frost the cupcakes with the remaining frosting using a piping bag or spatula.
Garnish with extra lime zest or a slice of key lime.

1 cup + 4 tbsp butter
red food color gel
box strawberry cake mix
6 eggs
1 cup milk
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
24 oz cream cheese
¾ cup heavy cream
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

White Velvet Layer Cake with Luscious Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:

For the Cake:
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups buttermilk

For the Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans and smooth the tops.
6. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. For the frosting, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream, whipping until fluffy.
9. Assemble the cake by spreading frosting between layers and on the outside. Smooth with a spatula and decorate as desired.

Strawberry Shortcake Drip Cake

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk

For the Strawberry Filling:

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Whipped Cream Frosting:

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the White Chocolate Drip:

1 cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Step 1: Bake the Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch cake pans.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

Alternate adding the dry ingredients and milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients.

Divide batter evenly among the cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cakes cool completely before assembling.

Step 2: Prepare the Strawberry Filling

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

Cook until the mixture thickens slightly (about 10 minutes). Let it cool.

Step 3: Make the Whipped Cream Frosting

Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Step 4: Make the White Chocolate Drip

Heat heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until warm but not boiling.
Pour over white chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

Step 5: Assemble the Cake

Place the first cake layer on a cake board. Spread a layer of whipped cream, then add some strawberry filling.
Repeat with the second layer.

Place the final cake layer and frost the entire cake with whipped cream.
Drizzle the white chocolate drip around the edges.

Decorate with fresh strawberries on top.

Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Filling:
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Cookie Dough:
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
• ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Scoop teaspoon-sized portions onto a lined plate and freeze for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a frozen cheesecake ball in the center. Cover with another small piece of dough, sealing the edges completely. Repeat for all cookies.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden on the edges. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
