Wynne, Arkansas—the weekend is in full swing, and we are fired up and ready for you at the Wynne Sports Complex! If you are heading out for Rock Music Night or checking out the incredible lineup of events today, make sure your first stop is at the Smoke is no Joke BBQ trailer!

Vendors Open at 12:00 PM, which means lunch is served! Come fuel up before the Battle of the Badges Kickball Tournament, the SRS Competitions, or tonight's live music featuring Michael Garner and Aquanet!

This Memorial Day, we're taking a moment to pause. As a small, veteran-owned and family-run BBQ business, the values of service and community are woven into everything we do.

​Our thoughts are with the incredibly brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. This powerful image from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial serves as a reminder that we must never forget their ultimate sacrifice. We're honored to serve our local community and provide comfort and full bellies to our fellow Americans.

​As we celebrate with family and friends this weekend, let's also remember to honor those who cannot be with us. To all who have served and to the families of our fallen heroes, we see you and we thank you.

​If you see our Pitmaster looking extra focused today, it’s because our smoker is experiencing some technical difficulties! To make sure your brisket and sides come out absolutely perfect, he’s having to baby the pit every step of the way.
​Good barbecue takes time, and today it’s taking just a little more time.

​We’ve had some prior commitments keeping us away for the start of the season, but we are officially back! We’re making our 2026 season debut this weekend at the Judd Hill Farmers Market.

We’re kicking things off with our Pulled Pork Breakfast Tacos (pictured!), plus our full lineup of slow-smoked favorites:

Market Favorite: It wouldn’t be a trip to the market without our mouthwatering fresh-squeezed lemonade. It’s the local classic you know and love, and we’ll have plenty of it ready for you!
