As a small, family owned local restaurant, every review truly matters. Behind every plate of food is a family that wakes up early to prepare your meals and works hard to serve our community with love. We understand that during busy seasons mistakes can happen, but one bad experience doesn’t define who we are or the care we put into what we do.

Right now, many small businesses, especially local restaurants, are truly struggling. We’re not a big chain, so everything affects us. We work hard every day to keep our doors open, pay our bills, and continue serving you with the same quality and heart. For nearly six years, Pella has been built on love, loyalty, and amazing regulars who feel like family. If something isn’t right with your order, please come talk to us, we will always make it right. Small, locally owned businesses operate very differently than big chains. Even when weather forces closures, fixed costs continue. Reopening means starting back at a deficit and working toward break-even.

Downtown shops and restaurants feel this especially hard — we’re close-knit, interdependent, and built on community. We always prioritize safety, but storms like this impact all of us in real ways.
