This Friday, July 17th, 🙂Our traditional Pyramids Fish Fry With the Addition of our Featured Ethnic Dish that will focus on summer tastes of Lebanon🇱🇧. Roasted Half Chicken marinated the traditional Lebanese style, olive oil, fresh lemon, fresh garlic and spices served with sides of Homemade Toum (Lebanese garlic sauce), Hushweh(a traditional Lebanese dish made with ground lamb or beef, we are using beef, clarified butter, onions, Middle Eastern spices, roasted pine nuts and rice), Patata Salata(potatoes with olive oil, fresh herbs, fresh lemon and olive oil) and Fattoush Salad (homemade dressing using pomegranate molasses, spices, lemon and garlic). Sincere thanks to all of you that ordered the ethnic feature dish of Friday, the Butter Chicken, Basmati and Naan. I absolutely loved the dish and hope that you enjoyed it! I would also like to apologize for running out of fish later in the evening. In the long history of Pyramids Fish Fry, this has only happened 3 times and 1 of those times were during Lent....it rarely happens. We have plenty of fish but sold more than usual in take-out. We did not have ample time to thaw more. I apologize for not having enough fish for those of you that called or came in to dine this evening. Please come back again! Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom and independence. Let us not forget that America is the land of the free because of the brave men and women who fought for the dream our forefathers had 250 years ago and presently continue to secure our independence.
Our freedom is not free! I say Thank You to every person who has ever served this great country and to those we lost, may your memory be ever eternal ✝️. God and Country ✝️🇺🇸! I am so grateful for my Dad! He has and continues to teach me so much about so many things! His love for America and our ethnicity is unwavering, He loves our Country and all of the diverse people that make America what it is. He is a proud WWII Merchant Marine Veteran! He served at 17 years young!!! Thank you for your service Dad!! God bless You, our military and God bless America, the opportunities that America provides and all of the people that make the USA great!!! Blessed that my Dad has witnessed 99 yrs of it & continues to do so! ☦️❤️ Happy Birthday America🇺🇸🎂🎇🎆!
