✨ Meet Malik! ✨

Malik by trade is a Project Manager for a Civil Engineering company. We call that his 9-5 and his 5-9 is here at Sunny 😊 He has officially been part of the Sunny Stacks team for a whole year—and in that time, he’s mastered the art of topping pancakes and bowls, crafting our signature drinks, and, most importantly, making connections with all of you.

We call his role Customer Relations, because if there’s one thing Malik genuinely loves, it’s meeting people, making them feel welcome, and helping wherever he can. 🫶

🍓 And about that Granny’s Strawberry Lemonade… 🍋
If you’ve ever wondered where it came from, you can thank Malik! His grandma used to make the strawberry sauce for desserts while he was growing up, so Malik brought a little piece of that family tradition to Sunny Stacks. It’s safe to say you all have made it a favorite—whether it’s in your drink or piled on top of your stack!

😊 Favorite part of serving on a food truck: Making our regulars smile each week and helping newcomers feel right at home.
🚚 Most surprising part about working on a food truck: Just how much work goes into making events happen…and just how much ice it takes. (You can probably guess who gets the morning ice-run assignment. 😂)

We heard you loud and clear! 😉 Our customers couldn’t get enough of Granny’s homemade strawberry lemonade this summer - so we turned it into a pancake! 🍋🍓
Two gourmet pancakes topped with lemon cheesecake cream and Granny’s homemade strawberry compote - or try it as a sunny bowl!
