We have a very important announcement, and we need your help and support!
It has come to our attention that a zoning hearing will be held on April 8th at 6pm the Richland Township Municipal Building to determine if the Former Sears Facility will be re-zoned and granted for a storage facility.
Our stance on the matter hasn’t, and will not change.
Over the previous year and a half, more efforts to revitalize and change the mall have been initiated and completed with still more in the process than previous ownerships and management have been able to do in multiple years. We have worked very hard and diligently to provide a newer, more vibrant and customer focused shopping experience with many more to come, not just to the Galleria, but surrounding our parcels as well.
We can’t continue to make process if the zoning laws are changed and granted to be a light industrial zone for the planned storage facility, THIS IS NOT AN INDUSTRIAL LOCATION NOR SHOULD IT BE. This shouldn’t be even up for debate, but the township is moving forward. We have already started our litigation process, and will continue to block every effort we can, but we still need your help.
We have deals contracted and brokered for the next year, that we aren’t allowed to officially announce yet due to privacy concerns, and those all rest on if these zoning ordinances are approved.
PLEASE SUPPORT our mall by writing, calling, and emailing your local Richland Township Official, and stand united with us in solidarity to continue our efforts moving forward in the Mall Revitalizing, and support our efforts.
