Che weekend! Grazie a tutti! 💚🌿

A huge thank you to Nick Perks Eats for the incredible video, to the thousands of people that responded and commented, and to the hundreds of new guests that visited us last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We did our best to keep up, and would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone that waited and were patient with our team.

It is important to note Il Fico is an artisanal kitchen, and we bake all our bread for our sandwiches and pizzas each day. The dough takes 24 hours to rise, and Giovanni can only make so much! The demand was incredible all weekend, and we sold out in hours (a thank you to our friend Lou from Lou Umberto's Italian Kitchen, who brought over his fresh sandwich breads to keep us going!)

To everyone that showed up after we’d sold out, your graciousness and understanding is very much appreciated, we hope you’ll visit again.
