Stayin’ groovy + keepin’ things silly good is a way of life around these parts. He came home to build a life (and a lot of the houses) in the Keystone community with his wife, Mildred. He taught us all to appreciate food, the gardening process, and to can heavy for winter. He was my favorite, and I was his. He passed away when I was 19, and never got to see me in action, but my love for all things

service related is all due to his love and care for food and community. We all called him Groovy Grover, and I hope you feel the love and goodness in every bite and interaction when you visit my little drive-thru. I chose a healthy concept because we grew up on cubed steak and gravy, mashed taters, and green beans with extry fat back. While I still adore country cookin’ the most, it is my passion to bring something healthy and quick to Johnson City so we all can stay silly as long as possible. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to slingin’ some good grub your way soon!

We’re growing at a rapid pace—yee haw! Online ordering is designed to give both the customer and our team 15mins to get to the end result—delicious food in your hands, as fast as possible!

The system we’ve created works like a charm for our regular amount of orders coming through, but there’s been a few times lately where we’ve had 10-18 person orders scheduled during lunch rush, and we’re just not equipped to give everyone good service when that big of a wrench is thrown in the already busy mix.

This is 100% our fault for not taking control of the online ordering parameters, and we apologize to the few who have had to wait a little extra for large orders.

We only have 5 team members, and only 3 of us are here at any given time. We do our very best each shift to give the greatest service possible, but we are a small operation that is learning as we grow.

Part of the business is rolling with the growing pains, admitting when you could’ve done better in a situation, and correcting it to reduce future mistakes.

Please call Niki directly at 423-747-1281 for orders greater than 8 people so we can give the team a heads up. We can cater up to 300 with a 72hr notice!

It’s honestly super humbling that we even have to make this post. We’ve been in the position many times where we’ve been livin’ on a prayer that folks will come eat. We love this community so much, and are very grateful you keep bringin’ us more business than we can handle! KEEP IT UP. ✌️💟🙏

We’ve really enjoyed the fruits of our labor with all the beautiful produce you’ve dropped off this summer. Your squash, tomatoes, and zucchini are in our veggie medley and Greek Veggie soup. Your eggplants in our baba ganoush. Your herbs in our dressings and marinades and infused waters. What a gift to be able to purchase produce from our neighbors. 🍅🤝🥒

We're in a flush of late summer raspberries, and they're coming out beautiful, plump and juicy. We have red, yellow purple, and pink raspberries for the picking. Schedule a you-pick appointment to come to the farm to get your own for $6 a pint, or we'll pick them for you for $8 a pint. You can pick up your orders at the farm in Limestone or in Johnson City at Groovy Grover's on Walnut St, or we'd love to have you come get the full farm experience when you pick your own.
