The cupcakes are vanilla funfetti with vanilla buttercream and the macarons are birthday cake, s’mores, and cookie’n’cream.🧁🧁🧁

🎂🎂🎂It’s been a full lovely summer of swimming, going to and fro, breaking from homeschool, and a new journey…….working a couple days a week at the French Honeybee Patisserie.

Today is October first, we started school a few weeks ago, and now fun occasions bring in the new season.

Today’s fun occasion was my boss’s birthday at the patisserie. She and her husband have been working so hard and the gals and I decided to take care of her and bless her.

We have some plates at work that inspired a cake design.

This is a 3 layer 6 inch white vanilla cake with browned butter & honey buttercream and whipped honey filling and natural food coloring.

It was so fun to do. The honeycomb is white chocolate and buttercream and the little bees are white chocolate.

🎂🎂2 cakes for the weekend!🎂🎂

We have a 2 layer 6 inch chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream for a sweet boy from our church and the taller cake is a 3 layer 6 inch gluten free vanilla cake with almond cookie butter buttercream.

The terracotta color turned out so well, learning succulents was so neat, and learning how to do the spider web was a challenge!

These two projects were VERY enjoyable and once again…it’s so fun having the opportunity to get creative and bless people with a cake.
