We were honored to welcome the internationally totally not made up acclaimed Executive Chef François Pierre de la Charcuterie III to Wylde & Young this morning. 🤣

Trained in Paris. Celebrated throughout Provence. Known across Europe for his bold use of sliced cheese and strategically placed grapes. 😜

He put together this monster charcuterie board for today’s catering, joined by a few platters of Chef Laura Marie’s scratch-made cookies. Not a bad morning’s work from our highly decorated culinary team.

As summer winds down, we’ve been thinking about what a wonderful season it’s been here in the Hamlet.

Everyone who walked through our doors, shared a kind word, brought in family and friends, or made Wylde & Young part of your summer, you prove to us everyday why our hamlet is special.

If you need to take a break from the entertaining, family outings and classic summer bbq’s, we’re here for you. Wylde & Young is always open to provide you with a classic deli experience—and, of course, our famous W&Y Italian.

Chef Laura Marie just gave apple season a head start. 🍎🍂

New today: Spiced Apple Thumbprint Cookies, filled with cozy spices apple goodness and finished with a generous dusting of powdered sugar. It’s apple pie’s grab-and-go cousin—and we fully support it.

Fresh batches of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and Maple Snickerdoodles are also out, plus Laura’s house-made granola is hitting the shelf today!
