Here’s your sweet treat forecast for the week ahead T H E R O Y A L T E R N: Blue Velvet Ombré Cake and Candy Bar Chocolate Tart!

Reminiscent of a certain candy treat, our Tart features honey caramel, pretzels, and salted peanuts in a chocolate pastry shell topped with a peanut butter milk chocolate layer, peanut butter cream, pretzel bits, candied peanuts, and a shard of milk chocolate décor.

And our Blue Velvet Ombré Cake, colored naturally with citrusy butterfly pea flower, has an extra twist with the addition of blueberry swiss meringue buttercream and super-thin layers of calamansi lime cream. A bit of fresh blueberry compote and vanilla-calamansi lime cream finish the plate. The flavors are lovely and refreshing, and its whimsical look seems almost unicorn-ish - or perhaps mermaid-esque?

Here’s your sweet treat forecast for the week ahead : Chocolate Mint Slice and Blueberry Cream Bun!

Our cream bun features sweet, streusel-topped brioche filled with orange blossom mousseline cream on a bed of fresh blueberry compote and vanilla crème anglaise. It’s a study in textures; light on the tongue and refreshing.

And for a cool treat, our slice combines moist devil’s food cake lightened with layers of white mint whipped ganache and milk chocolate mint cream. Finished with a bit of whipped cream, our house chocolate syrup, and some dark chocolate crispy pearls, it beats the heat in the sweetest way!

This week : Blueberry Bread Pudding and Boston Cream Pie!

Blueberries, lemony-vanilla custard, and house made cinnamon-swirl brioche come together in our refreshing chilled bread pudding, finished with bright and snappy fresh blueberry compote, vanilla crème anglaise, and a bit of honeyed mascarpone cream.

Our Boston Cream Pie is straight-up classic: vanilla sponge cake with vanilla bean custard cream and bittersweet chocolate glaze, finished with a zigzag of whipped cream, our house-made chocolate syrup, and some chocolate crispy pearls for fun.

This week : Lemon Meringue Tart and Opera Torte!

Coffee-and-liqueur-brushed almond joconde cake layered with coffee swiss meringue buttercream and bittersweet chocolate ganache topped with white mocha whipped ganache and finished with house-made chocolate syrup and hand-piped chocolate décor.

And a sweet pastry shell filled with smooth and bright lemon curd and a swirl of toasted italian meringue atop a bed of fresh blueberry compote.
