Just sayin, San marzano Italy where the tomatos you all think every good pizzeria should be using, in the world. Yeah right. San marzano proper is a little over 440 acres. Its ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO SELL THE WORLD SAN MARZANO TOMATOES, ive been there many times its teeny weenieville. Thats why i dont bother. Theyre fake, ok 95% are fake. We use the absolute best California tomatos . Just sayin.
