15 years ago, RAKKAN began in Tokyo, Japan.

Since then, we’ve shared countless bowls, welcomed guests from around the world, and grown into a community that continues to inspire us every day.

To everyone who has supported us along the way, thank you.

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just discovered us recently, we’re grateful you’re part of the journey.

Cheers to 15 years, and many more bowls to come 🍜
