However, we have been cooking BBQ well over 10 years. We are a food service truck that specializes in Pulled Pork BBQ, Ribs and Chicken. Wise Guy's puts time and effort into slow cooking all of our meats and making sure all of our sides are of homemade quality. All of our sauces are original and were created by Wise Guy's. If you really want some authentic southern style BBQ, Wise Guy's is the place!
