Ok, So We Made A Forcemeat Of Seafood, Stirred In Chopped Lobster, Shrimp, Dry Sea Scallops, Herbs, Eggs, Panko, Grated Cheese, Pepper and Salt. We Are Forming Into Patties And Doing A Seafood Burger On Brioche With Mesclun, Cucumber, Diced Pickles, Onion & Tarter.

Candlelight Pasta Special: Sooooo, I Took Our Tips & Noodles And Changed The Pasta From Malfaldini To Candele (can-del-eee), 🤯 That Sounds Like Candle! And There's The Name. Ok, soooooo, today we're having a little fun with sweet potato tots. Some might drizzle with hot honey or marshmallow for a stepped up side but we decided on a dessert application.

Introducing Sweet Potato Tot Pie: Fritters Of seasoned Shredded Sweet Potato, Vanilla Gelato, Marshmallow Sauce, Toasted Coconut, Crushed Graham Cracker, Caramel, Pecans, Whipped Cream and Cinnamon.

Sweet Potato Tots Don't Have To Just Be A Side.

Sooooo, sometimes we do vanilla fried clams, just plain fried clams, sometimes we do them with cherry or banana peppers for RI fried clam strips. On some occasions we throw in pepperoni and zucchini straws for pizza maker clam strips. Today, we added some fresh okra and Cajun spice to the mix.

Introducing Zydeco Clam Strips and Okra: Lightly breaded with corn and wheat flour and fried crisp. Dusted with Cajun spices and served with fries, slaw, lemon and tarter. Envie!!!

Bubba's Hot Honey Fried Spareribs: The name comes from the type of whiskey we spritz our house rubbed and smoked spareribs with. We toss them in cornflour, fry and top with a drizzle with hot honey, chopped goobers, pickled onion and pickles.

So we b***d a few whole chickens, ground and seasoned the meat and formed into a Pullman loaf. Cooked, cooled and portioned. Griddled On The Plancha, Topped With Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Avocado & Chipotle Aioli On Toasted Brioche. Introducing Cali Chicken Burger.
