LISSEN! This was by far a fun “last minute” wedding dessert bar to create. The client was a joy to work with. Now here’s the back story:

I received a call, text, and email within maybe 30 mins on Monday afternoon (this week) from the sweet aunt of the bride. She was calling from Pennsylvania and needed a dessert buffet by Friday. The week was crazy, but we couldn’t say no. Sometimes, you just know to do it. It wasn’t about the money or what she wanted to order, it was just nice to hear a calm voice in the midst of chaos.

“The couple doesn’t want a traditional cake or cupcake like desserts, they’d like a cookie cake. I’d guess one of those regular cookie cakes. I’ll trust your judgment on the other desserts, Aunt Lora, said. Well, we did what She Bakes 912 does…and they went crazy over the two tier naked wedding cookie cake as well as the other desserts. Congratulations again, Emma and Noah 💞 and thanks again, Aunt Lora. Safe travels back guys.
