[Please note, parents must stay with their child/children while attending the event in the store. Thank you.]

So I keep my house cooler than most year around to help with some of my autoimmune issues. So making bread at home between cool temps and the gas oven has not worked well at all.

Last year I tried to make a gluten free sourdough starter....didn't work. So going to start one today and see if keeping it on top of the fridge makes a difference....time will tell.

For now this is an experiment for me. Not sure if it will ever join the bakery menu.

Today I baked off a test batch of gluten free dairy free kringla. I like how they turned out. Out delivering to 2 families for outside reviews.

Have something you would like me to try gluten free or gluten free dairy free let me know

As I am working on the schedule for the last half of Oct, all of Nov and Dec I wondering for Halloween week would you be interested in the porch shop open for basic cookie bars and brownies for kids parties?

Blessed to be able to bake one of the cakes for my niece's wedding yesterday. It was decorated by another aunt.
