A LITTLE ABOUT MY JOURNEY!

As a young girl, I would watch my mom cook with wide eyes, mesmerized by the sizzle of onions and bell peppers in the pan. She’d let me help with small tasks, like mixing batter or stirring the pot. I was hooked! The joy of cooking was contagious.
As a full-time nurse,and part-time cooking entrepreneur, I’ve always been dedicated to caring for others. But little did anyone know, I had a secret passion brewing in my kitchen. Cooking had always been a hobby, Years later my passion for cooking remains strong. I’ve turned my hobby into a business, catering events and teaching cooking classes. People rave about my dishes, and I’m proud to share a taste of Jamaica with others . Though I’m far from my island home, cooking keeps me connected to my roots and my heritage. And with every sizzle, every aroma, and every delicious bite, I’m reminded of mom’s kitchen, where my love affair with cooking first began.

My cooking business has become a labor of love, and I’m so proud of what I’ve built. I’m not just a nurse; I’m a caregiver and a chef. And I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my culinary journey!
I feel grateful to be able to pursue both of my passions.
