Join us on May 9th for an evening of voices that move us and stories that linger long after the lights dim. Our open mic continues to be a space for honest expression, creative exchange, and the kind of moments that remind us why community matters.

This month, we’re honored to feature Gordon Torrington .poshington, creatively known as Posh, a Brooklyn-born spoken word poet, educator, and multidisciplinary creative.

His excerpts, as he would term explores themes of love, masculinity, culture, and the evolving language of identity — using poetry as both mirror and movement.

As the Founder and Creative Director of Voidd Studios and Omo Posh, he curates experiences that merge art, cultural dialogue, and community. He is always looking for innovative ways not only to propel the community but also uplift the youth.

The night will be hosted by Uzo (), bringing warmth and intention to every moment.

On Saturday, January 24th, we’re opening the floor to the voices that move us and the stories that linger long after the lights dim.

This month, we’re thrilled to feature Josie, aka Cozy () — poet, writer, and the creative force behind Cozy Open Mic and Cozy Slam in Jersey City and Union City. For nearly two years, Cozy has been holding space, weaving stories that touch on life, love, and the heart of our experiences. Poet, educator, content creator, and event curator — she believes in the power of community and art that leaves an impact!

And of course, Uzo () will be hosting with his signature warmth, wit, and heart for community ✨
