Last night I got a call from the sheriff's office it seems there was some young folks hanging around Ram-Z's ice cream shop a concerned neighbor called the sheriff
I really don't want to see any of these young people get into trouble and I know there's not much to do in this town we all don't like playing basketball
I'm working on different ideas to get back open but working the hours on my full time job it's kinda tough
I'm definitely open to ideas for things for people to do... there is lots of room on the lot so if anyone has any creative ideas for things people can enjoy please feel free to reply
Again I'm hoping to reopen sooner than later but I understand young folks need something to do that's fun

Dropping the price on RAM-Z's I really wish I could keep this dream going but I just can't do it right now so the price is 80K or make me an offer. It really is a money maker and so many awesome customers want to see it open again.... but it doesn't have to be an ice cream shop it's a perfect site for anything from a bake shop tax office beauty or barber shop

RAM-Z's is now on the market for sale.
As much as it breaks my heart to do this, our customers want us to open. Unfortunately, with my work schedule at around 50 plus hours a week (with no end in the near future) I just can't swing it right now.
Here are some details: this is a proven money making business with very loyal customer base with so much potential, and basically a turn-key operation. The buyer will get the building, 7200 square feet lot, which leaves plenty room to expand, all equipment and any and all stock I currently have, along with outside tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
