🛠️ 🪚🧰 Hello! We are ISO of a contractor to build and grow with. We have small to big projects and everything in between.

We understand one contractor may not be able to do everything but we hope to have a trusted general contractor who can refer us to other trusted people when needed.

We were a bit green, naive, and a little too trusting at first and it didn’t work out for us. So we are hoping to take a different approach this go round and find someone we can really build a foundation (literally lol) with.

If you have recommendations 💡we’d be SO grateful for them!!! ❤️

Community Update❤️

We love our Army Goods Store and Music Shop buildings and are working hard to bring them back to life!

✅ New roofs (still working on repairs from previous roofer)
✅ Temperature control in the Army Goods Store
✅ Updated electrical + cleanup underway

Next up: fixing windows & doors, clearing vines, repairing the lot, and finishing the apartments upstairs.

This summer, business slowed, and since we both work full-time, we’ve had to pause regular Saturday openings. For now, we’re selling on eBay and will open the shop when we’re there working. Our goal is to reopen more regularly this fall. 🍂

We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to welcome you back soon!
