We would like to introduce our new Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, Alex Hurst! We are so grateful to have her and so ready to share what we've been working on the past few weeks!
✨Hi everyone !
My name is Alexandra Hurst, I am a Cincinnati State graduate with an associates in Culinary Arts and an associates in Pastry Arts. I have been in the industry for ten years, and I plan to continue on this wild journey for the rest of my life. I am extremely passionate about cooking and baking - I have been in love with everything and anything food since I was a little kid.
Standing on a chair next to my grandma so I could help her cook and make candy is one of my earliest memories in the kitchen. I’m so thankful my mom and my aunt for always pushing me to follow this passion and always being my willing taste testers😅.
When I’m not in the kitchen I’m home with my fiancé Courtney, and our animals aka the zoo 😂. You can also find us trying a new restaurants , hanging out on the boat or enjoying a family barbecue.
I am so excited for this journey with Etherium , I’m thrilled to bring you all delicious and beautiful food to pair with your hand crafted coffees!! Keep a look out for our incredible new menu we’ve worked so hard to perfect!!
