We started doing our theme based monthly Supper Clubs over 3 years ago and have successfully gained a loyal following in the New Orleans Metro area. The idea is simple: Create a fine dining multi-course tasting menu featuring fresh local ingredients and based on a different theme from month to month. These events are held at many different locations and change regularly. The chosen theme ingredien
t or region is announced in advanced but the menu is kept top secret until seated for the event. Although we serve a full service tasting dinner comprised of 8-12 courses, we keep our admission prices at a reasonable $45 a person. We have almost 30 Supper Clubs under our belt and we are still going strong, with more added monthly, and pretty soon weekly. The Salty Swine Supper Club is an exclusive anti-restaurant, an underground food club, a culinary speakeasy. These elite parties are unmapped and evolve month to month, season to season, place to place and plate to plate.
