When we first opened our doors back in 2014, the goal was simple: to serve up great food to our neighbors here in Jefferson. But over the last decade, Bobby D’s has become about so much more than just picking up your weekly carryout order. It’s about community.
We’ve always strived to be there for this community, through the good times and the tough ones, because you have always been there for us. A huge part of being a true community staple is ensuring that absolutely everyone who walks up to our counter feels safe, respected, and embraced.
Pride Month is deeply important to us because it highlights a message that we believe should be celebrated all year round: the power of simply **being kind** and living authentically. The world can be heavy sometimes, so we want to make one thing crystal clear: when you stop by Bobby D's, you are stepping into a safe, inclusive space where you can be exactly who you are.
To protect that space, we have a zero-tolerance policy for hate, intolerance, or just plain unkindness. We proudly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who can't treat our staff and fellow customers with basic respect. Good vibes and kindness are mandatory here.
