Basically the same thing with many different names from different Spanish countries or origins.

Essentially these are hand held pockets filled with meat, cheese, chicken, pork or other stuffing mixes.

We had these at our Hispanic Night and they sold-out in under an hour.

You know why?

They are delicious 😋

So.... we are considering adding these to our Saturday menu!

Have I told you how much I love our greenhouses? If we haven't told you the story, we started fundraising for this Greenhouse for our school back in 2022. We raised enough to cover shipping in theory.

The dream started in 2021 to have a Yoderbuilt Greenhouse, grow food, and teas, teach the kids where our food comes from in a Nature based school, help people see how easy growing thier own food can be and all the benefits of medicinal teas. In November of 2025, I decided it was time to take the leap and get them ordered.

I dream a lot, you probably already guessed that! I never have enough time or money for all my dreams but this, this is one of the most rewarding dreams that I did not give up on.

I have always felt a sense of pride growing my own food, just something about creating such nourishment with my hands. I don't grow in abundance, but I do grow enough for the students to have some farm to table, and to offer some components in our cafe and hopefully one day offer more and that serves my heart in ways I can not describe.

Here is a night video after I watered tonight because I stood in awe of her beauty and I needed to share it with someone else.

I hope you love it as much as I do. We have spent so much time bringing this vision to life over the last 6 months!!

The deck is finally complete! (Chris Moss, Terrance Newton and Pudge Rodriguez ) thank you for your help on this!

We have some poles and lights to finish up and she will be ready for visitors.

The dream that started in 2021 to buy this Yoderbuilt and plant so much stuff in it, is finally a reality!
