Our building is home to more than just a coffee shop. Each day, just across the courtyard, our roastery is busy behind the scenes. What happens here is a huge part of what we do and who we are. When we fire up our roaster, it’s about so much more than transforming coffee beans. We are stewards of the hard work that our farmers have poured into these coffees, and roasting is the first opportunity that we have to add our “hands” to the process. We take that commitment pretty seriously and roast each batch with intentionality and purpose, reflecting the quality of the work that has already been done and bringing it one step closer to the delicious cup that you enjoy and have come to expect.

We like to feature some of our unique coffees in a special way — brewing each cup individually. Through this process, we highlight different varietals, drying and processing methods and brewing techniques. This allows us to showcase coffees that aren’t always readily available.
