✨Business update✨

Hey guys,

Brett & I have some life/ business updates to share. After a wonderful 6 months off from my primary job for maternity leave, I am gearing up to head back on the 12th. During my leave I was offered a great opportunity to work more remotely, from home. This is awesome because less travel means I get to spend more time at home with my family. The trade-off is that I will be working a more rigid schedule. This schedule isn’t going to allow the flexibility to set up during the week anymore.

After much consideration, Brett and I have made the painful decision to sell the coffee trailer. As much as we love running it, our life circumstances have changed so much in the last year and it is going to be extremely difficult to keep up and maintain, as I head back to work.

With that being said, we are still planning on operating in a more limited capacity. We will be converting to a pop-up style for the summer markets and a few select events during the year. We will be offering a more condensed menu that will feature lotuses, lemonades and cold brews.

Brett & I want to say thank you to each of you for supporting us in this journey. We have loved meeting you all and getting more connected in our community. Personally, I have always been passionate about coffee and exploring this dream. Meeting you all and sharing my love for coffee has truly been something I will cherish for a lifetime. Whether you have come to the trailer once or have become one of our regulars, I want you to know how much you have meant to us.

Our last day in the trailer will be May 17th. After that, we will close for a few weeks to work on the logistics of this change. We will be opening back up for the Mossy Creek Summer Market in June.

As hard as this transition to a new season is, we are so thankful for the opportunity to serve some of our favorite drinks still. We look forward to seeing you all this summer at the market. In the meantime, I will post a few upcoming days to come and have one last great espresso drink from us.

Hey everyone,

We are still coming! 😅

We are behind due to a technical issue with our espresso machine. After a goodd hour and a half on the phone with our espresso machine guy, we were able to get it back online. It set us back a lot this morning. It’s unfortunate and we are really sorry for the delay. We are almost finished with the other things we had to put back in the trailer because of this. Once that’s done, we will be on the way. I will make a post we when are there. We are moving as fast as humanly possible. Thanks for your understanding!
