You GOTTA try the Brisket Frito Smash. It's messy, it's bold, and it absolutely slaps. It doesn't suck! 🍖

The secret's in the wood. 🔥 We're burning Hican, a cross between hickory and pecan, and yeah, it's as good as it sounds. Because great BBQ starts before the meat ever hits the smoker.

We've been sitting on all these beautiful brisket trimmings and thought — why not smash 'em into the best burger you've ever had? 3-oz smash patties, salt and pepper, American cheese (because it's GOOD, don't @ us), lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Simple. Perfect. Absolutely does not suck.

The sweet smoke doesn't happen by accident. 🔥 Every morning we're feeding the fire, loading the wood, and keeping the smoke rolling so you get brisket, ribs, and pulled pork at their absolute best.

Smash burgers so good, we'll just say it: BEST IN TOWN. 🍔 Two patties, American cheese, fresh toppings… and don't even get us started on that jalapeno cheddar grits sitting next to it. Come hungry, leave happy.
