We've been hard at work doing some less-than Instagram worthy stuff upstairs most of the summer.

That's how these projects tend to go - you spend 8 months with the walls open and holes in the floor, then one day you're ready to paint 🎨

A few months ago a tape fell out of the kitchen ceiling.

We, the resident millennial stewards of this dormant establishment, had no way of knowing what was on it.

Enter our friend Kristie, the daughter of the late Larry Rager, who owned the bar decades ago. She was both kind and brave enough to pop the old tape into her "veesy are" (which I'm told is a DVD player for people who smoked in grocery stores) and reported back on what she saw.


Unfortunately it was just some unremarkable security footage.
