The last three years have been pretty amazing! What started as a little food trailer to keep our employees working during a pandemic, has bloomed into an amazing food truck business, catering business, and even a small restaurant. We have been so blessed to have your support! 🙏🏼
We have tried to pace our growth, and prayerfully consider what our next steps are. We have listened to your comments and requests. For some time now, we have been looking for a space to have a larger restaurant presence in our community. We had our eye on a spot, but the timing just hasn’t been right…until now.
We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening Oink Inc. Smokehouse & Southern Kitchen in the space on Main Street in Jasper formerly occupied by Brew and R Table. We are so excited to continue our growth there! Please stay tuned for our opening date. Our tentative plans are lunch Tuesday through Friday, dinner Thursday through Saturday, and Sunday brunch. We look forward to partnering with the Heart of Jasper to help build a vibrant downtown and serve our wonderful community in this space for years to come!

Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way. We were able to provide good paying jobs, support our local vendors, and serve the highest quality food. We are thankful for all of those we met along the way, and for those who share our vision for food. We hope to find a buyer who shares those views, but more importantly, someone who can bring Brew back to the community.

Come in Thursday and try our new appetizer menu for HALF PRICE! Thursday January 26th only. NO reservations required (ever!) Grab some friends, get some delicious apps and drinks, take pictures so you can show coworkers what they missed when you get back to work Friday. Better yet, bring your coworkers too so you all can tell your boss what they missed. No bosses will be turned away at the door. But you better be a cool boss, because we got hot apps. 🥵 😎

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Please Please Please share. The owners of R Table have accepted another opportunity, and must therefore part ways with the restaurant. The operating remodeled restaurant, equipment, social media accounts, and liquor license are all for sale! We have a talented staff, a growing customer base and social media presence, and a unique liquor license (catering!) in which we have valued at $235,000 total asking price. This is at a significant loss from the investment required to remodel and reopen, but time is of the essence and we are looking for a smooth and quick transfer of ownership and operation.
