Hey y’all 👋🏼
Long time, no see! I figured it was probably time for a little reintroduction around here. I’m Linda, and after laying low for a bit, I’m back and settling into a new chapter.
Life has been busy, messy, exciting, exhausting and honestly….pretty darn good all mixed together. I’m just learning to roll with it and enjoy the ride.
I’m back in my hometown of Temple, literally right across the street from the home I grew up in 🏡 and this is where Sweets Baked with Love by Linda will be based out of. But don’t worry—I still deliver and happily serve all of my favorite customers near and far 🧁💕
I’m also a proud mom of three amazing kids!! My daughter, the oldest, teaches toddlers in Round Rock and is truly the backbone of our family. My oldest son is a heavy equipment operator who has blessed me with a wonderful daughter-in-law and two precious grandsons. And then there’s the baby, who is currently attending Mount Marty University in South Dakota, chasing his dreams and playing college football 💙🏈💛
For those who don’t know, I’ve been a single mom for the last 10 years. Through every cheer practice, scout event, football season, fundraiser, road trip and milestone, baking has been more than just a hobby for me. This little baking addiction of mine helped put my youngest through years of sports and now it’s helping offset the cost of sending him off to college. Every order has truly been a blessing and I’ll always be grateful for the support this community has shown me over the years 🫶🏼
I currently work just one full-time job while I try to get my life, health and priorities back in line. Let’s be honest….I’m not getting any younger and it’s time I start taking better care of ME too 😉
As for the sweets—everything is made to order! I have very limited space for walk-in orders, so please give me at least a day’s notice whenever possible so I can make sure I can take care of you properly.
💰 Payment is due when your order is placed.
Every now and then I may also pop up in your feed because I got a hankering to bake something and decided somebody else needed to enjoy it too 💋 so keep an eye out!
When I’m not working or baking, I’m usually with my loved ones, doing a little fishing whenever I can sneak it in, and trying to sit still long enough to read a 📕 without falling asleep.
