We will be home blowing up old refrigerators with Tannerite in observance of the upcoming holidayā€¦
(Before all the keyboard warriors hit me with EPA law bullet pointsā€¦. We are catering a grad party tomorrow, and preparing to provide concessions at Tully lake for the evening of the 4th)

We had an absolute crazy breakfast week (last 3 days), I didnā€™t even have a chance to thank everyoneā€¦.
We saw a LOT of new facesā€¦
And without even posting it here on the book of faces, we went through 16lbs of FRESH SMOKED PORK BELLY, and 5lbs of BRISKETā€¦. On top of all the other sandwich options/combosā€¦
So THANK YOU!
Alsoā€¦. Iā€™ve realized not a SINGLE PERSON in Tully cares about AVOCADOSā€¦..
Iā€™ve had this case of avocados on the trailer, and avocado options on the menu for a monthā€¦. NOT a single orderā€¦..
so Iā€™m realizing the 2021 AVOCADO CONSPIRACY was just a blue haired over reaction to the Covid Shotā€¦.
Just so everyone knowsā€¦ I ate ever single one of these avocadosā€¦. Nothing went to wasteā€¦. I now have the guacamole shufflesā€¦..

Well if itā€™s not one thingā€¦. Itā€™s another around hereā€¦..
On Tuesday the truck was in the shop, and the shop needed it an extra day so we were not able to serve breakfast yesterdayā€¦..
Fast forward to this lovely dayā€¦
This morning after breakfast, I decided to top off the propane, $118 & changeā€¦.
At 3 pm this afternoon, I get a call from Samantha, (and Iā€™m in an attic, two counties away, ankles deep in an attic installing an A/Cā€¦.) telling me the propane valve ā€œon the trailerā€ is blowing propane out of the side of itā€¦.
Long story shortā€¦. The valves relief took a $@&!, and dumped $118 dollars worth of propane by the time I got homeā€¦.
No propane, no breakfast, now because I donā€™t own the tank, I need more than 15min to myself to return and exchange the tankā€¦.. (and itā€™s not a BBQ grill tankā€¦.)
Not looking for sympathyā€¦. Just looking for a breakā€¦..
Who knows when we will be back up and runningā€¦. At this pointā€¦. Iā€™m open to offers as wellā€¦.

Unfortunately we will not be open tomorrow, the Truck is in the shop and is unexpectedly needed one more day!
To offset the INCONVENIENCE, we will be adding SATURDAY this week!
Thur & Fri, 6-9 am
Sat, 7-10 am
And this slab of meat is not just to grab your attentionā€¦. Itā€™s going to be turned into a BREAKFAST sandwich THURSDAY!
