New dessert alert! A Pumpkin Spiced Latte version of our beloved Carrot Cake! Gluten free and vegan!

Cake rounds made from our secret PSL spice blend, carrots, pumpkin puree, dried fruits, walnuts, coconut, and almonds. A vegan PSL cashew & coconut cream cheese & buttercream filling that our frosting-despising taste testers couldn’t stop eating.

Each cake layer is soaked with an espresso coconut cream syrup for a full Lab PSL flavor!

Join us this Wednesday, Aug 19th on our patio for some excellent vibes from Mandy Majtan and delicious food and drinks.

Mandy Majtan is a local cellist in Jamestown. She is Co-director of the Chadakoin Chamber Ensemble. She performs in the Warren Philharmonic, Avanti Music Orchestra, and the Southern Tier Symphony.

Joining her will be Buffalo native, Erin Szymanski on percussion; also a member of the Warren Philharmonic and the Avanti Music Orchestra. Mandy will perform some Baroque and Classical pieces along with some movie music. Erin will accompany on percussion for some Celtic and rock tunes.
