There are some events that remind us why we love what we do, and Dinner in the Gap is always one of them.

We’re incredibly grateful to have been invited back to serve alongside so many talented chefs, farmers, and friends who all share the same passion for great food and an even greater purpose.

This year, we debuted our Powder Kegs—jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in pan sausage and bacon, smoked with our house-made Powder Keg Rub then finished with a chipotle cherry glaze. Seeing so many familiar faces stop by our station, share a laugh, and enjoy what we created is what makes nights like this so special.

Thank you to everyone who came by, to Daniel for putting together such an amazing evening, and to all those who help make events like this possible. We never take opportunities like this for granted, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.
