Join us for Yoga and Coffee hosted by Kim Weber at Crown Street Roasting Company! (ticketed event)

Monday, June 22nd
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Kim Weber teaches hot yoga, power yoga, unfiltered yoga, and yin yoga at Lotus Healing Center in Jamestown, NY. She is passionate about creating fun yoga experiences that bring people together while exercising both the mind and body. Kim has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2015.

Kim says, “Since my training, I have fallen even deeper in love with this powerful, athletic style of yoga. The lessons I learn on my yoga mat help me in my everyday life. Yoga has taught me that it is okay not to be perfect and to let the space between where I am and where I want to be inspire me.”

Power Yoga offers a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa flow that is moderately paced and accessible for all experience levels, with modifications provided throughout class. The flow is designed to build internal heat, engage and strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and encourage focus on alignment and breath.

This coming Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
