That's right, all of our cheese is freshly shredded daily, with no anti-clumping agents. Our produce is locally sourced (when in season) We use fresh never frozen Angus beef and our deep fryer utilizes pure beef tallow. We also fry all our Taco shells fresh each day.
None of our menu items are pre made, every thing is custom made exactly as you order it, except for our Mini Tacos, those are the only item we dont make fresh on the truck. Everything else is made fresh to order.
Is it worth the wait? We certainly think so.

Exciting news for our loyal followers. We're gearing up for a fantastic event on 4-9-2026 from 4 till 7ish, featuring our signature menu. You can find us at Stans Service, located at the corner of 5th and Washington St, Jamestown, NY. Stay tuned for more updates later this week. We're looking forward to seeing you all there, and the forecast promises a warm and dry day. Topfans, let's make this happen.
