Sybil's Hillside Original of Guyana West Indian Bakery and Restaurant located in Queens, New York. Welcome to the home of the original Sybils location on Hillside Avenue, Queens, New York.

We are part of a family owned and operated chain of bakeries and restaurant services. The aim of this site is to better familiarize you with our products and services and with the offerings of our various locations. These other locations include, Sybils on Liberty Avenue, Queens, Veggie Castle and Sybils in Florida. Our menu is rooted in the Guyanese and Caribbean traditions and we aim to present you with a mouth watering insight into food and beverage products.
